Refund policy

We want to make returns easy for you! If the shoes are unworn, just send them back in their original packaging with the receipt and we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase within 30 days.

If the shoes are not wearing to your satisfaction within 60 days of purchase, please contact us and we will replace the item for you with the same or similar style based on the specific issue.  We do reserve the right to inspect the shoes to determine if it is a wear-and-tear or manufacturer defect. We reserve the right to refuse worn merchandise.

Return shipping is at the customers' expense. Please feel free to call us prior to any return requests to discuss the issues you are having.
